Honey can help reduce your heartburn. If you want to give honey a try you will need to look for raw honey. Most of the stuff you find in the grocery store has been heavely modified and it loses its effectiveness. In fact, there may be some ingredients in most honey that may make your heartburn worse.

Bananas can help reduce stomach acid. You could eat one once per day, but you may want to eat one after you have eaten something that gives you heartburn. Again, this isnt something that will work for all people.
